Returns & Refund Policy
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products it is for health and hygiene reasons we DO NOT accept returns of any products that have been opened or used.
An exception may be made if an item from a multipack (for example one item from a pack of 100) is defective in anyway. This can be returned to us along with the balance of the pack for inspection pending exchange or refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
A refund may be given if the product is deemed to be faulty, damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If after 5 working days of being notified of a refund, and after you have checked the account you made the original payment from (bank, PayPal, or credit card account), the amount has not been refunded, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Prior to sending any items back please advise us by email; email@example.com If the product is approved by the Company for an exchange we will advise an address to send the goods to.
If you return your product, you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
